Cinquanta attempts to pull a fast one on ISU members

The proposal contained within Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Provisory Version of the Summary of Proposals For The 54th ISU Ordinary Congress and supported by the Russian Skating Federation, is nothing more than a "trick" invented by Ottavio Cinquanta to remain in his seat until 2016.

Cinquanta is like Putin. They both need to just go away and stop pulling fast ones to stay around when they are no longer wanted.

Pretty disgusting..mind you , I don't have a lot of enthusiasm for David Dore either..but at his age ,if he was elected, he couldn't stay around long.
