One of the Road 2 Gold seminars takes place about an hour from my house. I emailed in advance for permission. She seemed genuinely excited about the crochet pattern. And! I think I accidentally asked her a question she’d never been asked before, which she loves - what are her favorite roses, since pink is superior to all other colors. She had to actually think about it!

I asked how her injury was and she said fine, and back on the ice. I dared not ask in what capacity.

So do you think that was an invitation or?

Unfortunately I did not make it, nor to my swim meet. My knee hurt so badly, I was in excruciating pain. I’m getting a shot in it tomorrow.
I did notice there is only one camp remaining this year and it is in November. Time for her to train if she is so inclined.
