I noticed that after one of her programs at Nationals she seemed to have a little booboo on one of her knuckles. I wonder if it's a little scrape or cut in a place where it keeps getting reinjured. I hate when that happens.

Its not mandatory, but she does not really have anything she can replace it with that would be worth much.

Congratulations to Gracie on her 2nd place free skate and 4th place finish overall! Not only did she skate well, but she looked phenomenal in the new dress for the free skate! I have no idea what her plans are for next season, but if anyone from Team Gracie ever reads this: Could you please design a new program around that dress? It would be a shame to never get to see it again.

I am so happy for Gracie! It's great to be able to rebound so strongly in the free skate, and darned hard to do.
CBC has showed a few time of Gracie's LP including this Worlds. every time, they mentioned the noticeable improvement in Gracie's upper body movement.
As a fan who has watched Gracie a few times in person, I was absolutely excited when I watch Gracie's LP live on screen. that was a great performance.
She showed the best attention to interpret music tension and nuances at this performance, also noticeable little improvement in choreo. Only a true fan who has the patience to really watch her performance can tell the truth some times.
people can hate the music, the choreo, but Gracie's improvement in artistry is undeniable.
And that is the achievement from Team Gracie, no matter what type of music Gracie next season will use, those improvement will always be helpful. Go Gracie!

also, nay sayer once said that this is a sad song, so Gracie shoudnot have the cheesy smile face no. this time Gracie did not have cheesy smile face until the very end. then they say no expression at all.
to me. when I watch it. my feeling is Gracie is listening the music, that is her feeling music face. and she is happy and exuberant at the end during the spiral. and there is nothing wrong about it.
I really dont pay attention to the lyrics, and dont know this music before, but just according to the music and texture and tone of music itself, Gracie's IN at worlds is super!
and it's choreo/performance and build-up to the ending is so good that I was so excited last night.

Oh, I personally hated it. I was not a fan of the first one, but this one had poor proportions...
