Out of curiosity, why does Ilia use his mother's last name rather than his father's?
Great interview. I find it fascinating that his parents coach different jumps for him. I guess it makes sense if each were better at the different jumps. And I can't wait to see his young sister Liza!I love this interview with Ilia:
