Seriously, how did she compare to Liang? It sounded like Liang was solid and Meissner was a bit hesitant. Didn't Liang do the same jumps? Were her other elements as ify as Meissner's?
Shame on the judges for pushing Miki Ando down below skaters with subpar perfromances, sure she can't do the Bielllmann any longer but she went clean with what she was capable of doing and unlike others(Asada) she corrected her jump technic. I guess the judges wanted to set up Asada or Kostner for the win. I hope Ando doesn't let this discourage her and goes for all or nothing in the LP with the way this has been judged she'll need the quad to pull up.

Kimmie's triple Flip was downgraded (at least that's what the German commentators said when they looked at the protocols).
I think that the judging is not that bad. The only thing that's debatable is the placing of Kiira Korpi. Rochette and Meier should be ahead of her, but I think that's personal preference. Meier's jumps are very tiny and Korpi suggests more security on the ice. I just think that Meier's spins are that much better. Rochette I love, especially this short - she chooses great and difficult music and interpreted it really well. So I would say Rochette and Meier in front of Korpi.
But apart from that... Miki Ando was judged fairly (and she is the World Champion!!) and I hope she got dinged for that dismal sitspin, Yu-Na Kim had just that one mistake on the solo jump and she may have been a bit more tentative than normal but I thought the program was great and she seemed to skate more to the music than before (plus the Triple-Triple was probably the best of the day).
Asada got a deduction of 1,5GOE on the Flutz, Kostner probably didn't get much more deduction for her step-out/fall out. I don't think Asada deserved higher marks. They are apart by 0,28 points, so practically even.

I'm no expert but I thought Bebe's PCS were a little low.

The scoring is all over the place. Kim should have been farther back with that bad fall. Obviously the judges wanted to keep her in it. Meier and Rochette should both have been ahead of her. And then to put Korpi in 4th with a very similar kind of skate....it's just totally unpredictable. Bizarre.

Ok...so the ISU website is now up and running..there's a surprise
Kimmie's PCs score was 26.71
Nakano's was 26.27
Korpii's was 26.36
Joannie's was 26.54
Had Kimmie had higher TES scores she woud have been much higher places then she was......by the way I don't really have a point.....just kind of wanted to put this out there....I guess it's just mindless rambling.
Korpi does not deserve to be in 4th. Sarah Meier skated flawlessly and is behind her??? And I thought Kimmie should have been ahead of Korpi, too. To the average viewer, it is obvious that Kimmie was robbed, big time. This scoring system is mystifying and probably still corrupt.
