It is the chinese fed who sent her to mishin. She confirmed that in an interview by saying because she was looking for a coach, the country sent her to Mishin.

just speculation. Zijun maybe to able to go to WC but OG is not so sure hence "last dream".

The latest Weibo message from Zijun that I can find, dated March 23, says "The Olympics is every athlete's dream, motivation, and goal. I can give up all unconditionally and sacrifice all, just because I love figure skating......"

It is indeed a mess. Some Zijun fans are viciously attacking Xiangnjng, Ziquan, and even Wenjing, which has caused Wenjing to engage in a quarrel with them today on weibo... And Han WD due to injury. What a mess for the Team China.

I once thought I could only read older messages without Weibo registration but have since found that, for me, the messages are not in order by dates, sort of random but within the last couple of months. So I have to scroll to search for the latest that I can find.
