Weiss not too bright...

Why did MW try a quad in the short when he knows he never lands them, and a fall could put him out of contention? Not too smart, Michael!

overett diag step, 3a fall, fly camel, 3z touch/2t, spin comb nice,
serp step nice and difficult into 3l fall, good prog though 34-40/47-53

Way to go Matt! One of my favorite skaters. And Evan. Two standing ovations already? Wish I was there.

Wow! I'm impressed by Evan and can't wait to see this all play out on TV. I feel kind of ba for Mike though. I never really liked his skater, but he always seemed like a nice guy and he's always very sweet in person. I hope he does really well in the free skate and finally lands that quad! I think it would mean so much to him just to be able to skate wonderfully in the free skate, and hopefully make the world team =) But it'll be very hard with all the talent in the USA.

I'm trying not to root against anyone, but it would be really nice if Scott could make the top six. *crosses fingers*

I may be the only Scott Smith fan in the world, but at least that makes me the most devoted. :)

What I dont understand is why didn't M Weiss save trying for the 4t for the LP.. Why chance a jump he's not solid on in the SP? Oh well, I guess he thought he needed it to beat? Hmmm, maybe, Jonny?

You are not the only Scott Smith fan in the world -- I am a fan of his skating style too!

Oh, who am I kidding. My standard answer to "who is your favorite skater?" is always, "who is on the ice?"
