The bank “Moscow Capital” sighned a contract with Tamara Moskvina’s skating school on 7 December… the bank will provide support for Kawaguchi-Smirnov in their preparations for worlds 2008….There is also conversation about support for champion skaters through Olympics in Sochi 2014….
”The main problems for Russian sport is the absence of financial resources, academic sites and coaching staff…A significant number of coaches emigrated [after the split of the Soviet Union]” said Vladimir Reznikov, advisor to the Northern West Federal Region.
