So we've all discussed this before... About how bad some commentators are and that their views are biased or immature or just plain annoying. But all that ends today! I found this hilarious YouTube channel called Patrick's Skating Commentaries, where he puts his own thoughts in other skaters program.
I can't post a link, but I highly reccoemnd you watch them as they are sooooooo entertaining

I've only watched one but you're right they are entertaining! I also really like the names he gives his videos "Skating While Russian", "Mistakes Were Made" "#dramaticreach"

That was the initial thought I had until I remembered that I had watched some videos by him and it was a YouTube channel. Although the latter would be quite amusing...

I have been watching/listening to Patrick's commentaries (or PCS) for a couple of months and have subscribed to his channel.

He is pretty funny and often invites other skating bloggers/podcasters to join him. I loved their snark on Evan Lysacek's Carmen as well as the Warhorse Wednesdays where he pretty much covers every "famous" Carmen skate. I have to agree with him that Katarina Witt's OGM Carmen was not really so great.

I'm not sure if I like his drunk commentaries (his comments about Josh Farris were interesting to say the least), though. I don't think anyone's drunk ramblings should be recorded for posterity.

But he worships Michelle Kwan (the Kween), so he's forgiven.

I don't like his commentary that much, but he has a Tumblr account under the same name! I find it quite hilarious.

Edit: I have just watched his parody videos and I am rolling around on the floor, hilarious! Especially Max Gaga and Gracie Bieber. And he loves Michelle's Salome! Yay!

I really like his commentary. He always hits the nail on the head imo and I really like his sense of humour.

Yeah that Evan Lysacek video he did was hilarious! I disagree with you on his drunk commentaries though, I love them! I find his newest drunk commentary videos on Sergei Voronov and Miki Ando especially funny.

Okay, I'll admit that some of his drunk commentaries are funny, I suppose it depends on the number of cocktails and how coherent he is.

I laughed at his "Sergei Voronov Experience" where he keeps going "why, why, why?" at the costume, the choreography and the awful music cuts. And I like Sergei, he seems like a good guy but his team did him no favors with that free skate.

I love his drunk commentaries too. Summing Josh up with "he's so pretty" is accurate TBH. Also Max is the only one they like doing a butt spin

I know! It actually fits. I was wanting Max to just skate to it by the end. I think it would prefer one song. . . but anyway.

I also enjoyed Jason's Blue's Clues version, also fit well.

Josh is pretty, Max has the best butt spin, I think this guy has good taste at least.

Um, can you link it? I have a feeling I know what it is, but I just want to be sure.

And I understand that everyone has people they don't like. But there are so many people (Polina, Maxim Kovtun, Sergei Voronov, Ksenia Makarova, and I'm sure there are more but I can't think of them right not) that he doesn't like that Gracie is only a tiny fraction of it.

I've never been a fan of Gracie's skating, but all of that put me off her, tbh. A lot of the other people you mention I believe he just isn't keen on their skating and is a bit snarky about it, but he really doesn't like Gracie and I believe this must be part of the reason why if his tags on the post are anything to go by.
