Would You Rather...

Of course! I haven’t used Facebook for 8 years or more, that’s why I didn’t think of it, I’m only at X and Instagram 😅

Pastry shop.
I can’t stand seafood or fish. Only the smell makes me maximum nauseous, and the taste is not for me either.

My cat is on the smaller size but he HATES tight/small places. Try to put him on a standard car carrier is a death wish, he gets SO angry 😡 I bought one of these and he uses it as toy storage and doesn’t mind being transported in it

Hi @Diana Delafield sorry 😅 I was looking for photos of Yuki (cat) in his big carrier and forgot to ask the question 😂

Would you rather go watch a skating event in person but the tickets available are not in prime seats so maybe you don’t see so well, or watch the event from home?

(I was admiring Yuki in his "playhouse" and didn't notice there wasn't a question :))

Depends on the event, but usually I'd rather watch from home. More comfortable, and I can see more details.

Would you rather have the chance to cuddle a koala or a baby panda?

Home for me too! Mainly because as you say, we can see more details!

Oh, you have posted the most difficult questions… I have hugged a baby tiger and it was one of the most adorable experiences ever. Except for baby humans which I’m not interested and don’t care, any other furry 4 legged baby I love and want to hug and cuddle.
Who wouldn’t want to hug a baby koala or panda? They are SO CUTE 🥰

Ok, here is the answer. I rather hug a baby koala 🐨 today. But tomorrow I rather hug a baby 🐼 panda 😂

Would you rather dress in sporty style wear (like Lululemon, Nike, Puma etc) or more casual dressy style (like Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius) for daily life?

My only meal of the day is dinner. Can’t function doing physical activity (like skating) on a full stomach and just eating really slows me down overall. I eat a nice dinner with meat and vegetables and have dessert at bedtime. I’ve eaten lunch during a holiday somewhere then have to go sleep in my hotel room, unable to take short day nap, I sleep a full sleep time (around 7-8 hrs) mess my night sleep and all schedules ruined.

Would you rather consume content from someone talking from a YouTube video or from a Spotify audio (no video, audio only)?

penthouse, but I wouldn't mind 2nd floor (I don't want to be below street level)

WYR learn to snow ski or water ski?

Snow ski (tried many times to learn to swim and can't even float, so no water skiing!)

Would you rather learn to fly a plane or to skydive with a parachute?

skydive

Would you rather learn to fly a plane or bungy-jump?

A judge

Would you rather fly all over the world being a judge, or all over the North American continent?
All over the world. More variety.

Would you rather remember a past life in another century, or be able to see into the future from now?

Future 100%. Past is finished and future is yet to come.

Would you rather move to live in an European country or an Asian country?

I'm not sure I understand properly this question so I apologize if my answer is wrong. But I own a car and have always owned one since I started to drive. I don't think I would never not own a car. I don't like public transportation, I prefer driving everywhere.

Would you rather drink alcohol or something else with your dinner?

Never drunk alcohol in my life (we didn't even serve it at my wedding reception; the guests drank fruit punch for the toasts), so I'll go with water with dinner, thanks.

Would you rather buy your clothes new or in charity thrift shops?

[Do they not lease cars in Japan? You can either buy a car and own it outright, or lease one -- i.e., rent it long-term, like renting an apartment. There are pros and cons to both methods of car "ownership", but in both cases the car is yours exclusively for as long as you want it. The question meant do you prefer owning your car (as in buying a house) or renting it (like renting your home).]

I must be stupid/naive or very uninformed, since I had absolutely no idea one could rent a car for eternity, besides renting a car when you must travel somewhere by airplane for holiday or work, you go to one of these rent a car shops, so you have some transportation to move around. From the first car I owned to the one now, I just went to the car dealer, chose the car I wanted to buy and paid for it.
Here we own a house and we rent an apartment (where we live). I have never heard of anyone renting a car undefinitely here in Japan, but I must ask my husband (Japanese) if he knows anything about this.

You are the first person who I heard that never drank alcohol in life!! I come from a culture that is very common to drink alcohol and married into a very heavily alcohol oriented culture. Personally, I only drink alcohol sometimes, not everyday when I simply drink juice (I can't stand drinking water without any flavor unless is sparkling) or coffee, but beer with dinner is very nice.

Also I'm not familiar with charity thrift shops, you mean shops that sells used clothes? Here there are so many used clothes shops (and used furniture, used electronics, used DVDs used everything shops), everyone sell to these shops items she/he don't want anymore and you can buy them too. I have gone there when an item I want is not available new any longer, or just for fun, sometimes you can find treasures there!! Some people sell to these shops entire households worth of items ( like a person dies, so the relative calls the shop to come and sell everything inside the house to them) and some people have no idea how valuable something is.
Of course I prefer everything new, but again, go to the used whatever shop is very fun and sometimes can be very profitable (my coach went there, bought a cheap coat, and there was a 1万円 (highest cash money bill in the Japanese currency) inside one of the pockets! She was very happy!)

Would you rather go to the supermarket and buy everything you need there, or go buy the meats in the meat supermarket and so on (as in buy certain items in certain supermarkets, not all in one)?

I buy all my groceries and other household items (detergents, utensils, etc) online and have them delivered, so it's more convenient to buy everything from one store. A few items that the supermarket I use doesn't sell, I order from specialty stores that also deliver.

Many religions and church denominations forbid drinking or serving alcohol. In my case, as well as a religious reason, also I'm allergic to anything fermented (vinegar, for instance, or yeast) and even the fumes from someone else's drink nearby makes me ill.

I must ask my daughter if leasing cars longterm is done in Europe, or if it's just a North American practice. Many people lease one for just one year at a time and exchange it for each new model as they come out because they like always having the latest model. Saves the hassle of reselling their car and financing the purchase of a new one. I don't drive anymore, but I always bought my cars and bought my husband's for him as he wasn't interested in cars except as a way to get around.

Would you rather watch old classic films at home or go to a theatre to see a newly-released movie?
