I don't think Voronov's placement is a punishment twords Eteri tbh. Kovtun was always the favorite of the FED, no matter what. I'm happy for Segeu though. At least he gave his best today.
That's true but at the EC , Voronov will be again in front of Maxim(I'm not saying that RF will feel any regret about today's results though).
Adelina is now saying that she'll be not able to take part in the EC. So they did it on purpose this attack towards Yulia. It's said that ETERI felt in their trap but somehow I respect her and Yulia even more than before(if it's posible). Go girls take your revenge next season!

Short of Kovtun falling multiple times, he was always going to win gold. Rus Fed always plays favourites. It has nothing to do with Eteri's statement.
As for the whole "we might send Adelina to Euros" saga, that was an attempt at drumming up hype for Nationals. Well it failed, attendance was pathetic.

I just can't understand why the Nationals don't take place in Moscow ?!
Sochi was ok for the Olympics but who really has the time and money to travel there for Nationals...?

That's a huge arena though, and Sochi not an easy location for many people. CoR had a good attendance.

They have to re utilize the facilities, somehow. I have no idea how far Sochi is from the metropolitan centre, but I can't think of a place in Russia, closer to Moscow, that could have hosted the Olympics (I know nothing about geographical Russia, sorry).

I wasn't sure she could partecipate because of her injury, but this is a farce. And I'm also speechless that Adelina is partecipating like this.
