i'm not even sure if this could be translated with original meaning
the meaning might be something close to "i'm gonna get fat" (those pandas are probably something like candies or something else sweet)
if i try to translate this literally its like "for *** to grow bigger"
P.S. i'm seeing that you are from Poland, don't you understand some of the russian words? i heard some polish words and some of them sound pretty close to ukrainian ones, so i thought you probably might understand some of russian/ukrainian words
If someone is reporting their attempts to contact her to the media or in the media then its probably a good thing that she is not in contact with that person.
Plushenko and his wife were one of the very few people that defended her when she announced her retirement, "attacking" the media, athletes and public for turning their backs on her/forgetting what she did for the sport. That quote was part of him saying how he plans to support her, and would love to have her on his shows if she ever wanted that. I'm pretty sure their relationship is fine
She devoted herself to competitive skating from age 4, no amount of pain took her off course. Suddenly at 19 she must change paths for the sake of health and happiness. Changing paths from what we were, to something different is a huge challenge, the mind is very good at resisting change. This will take time and patience. She should be free from pressures especially from public pressure, so we may not hear from her anytime soon. The clinic was a crucial first step. Rest assured she has lots of support from many sources, family, friends, counselors. We should do what we can to respectfully provide love and support.

I know (from what it seems) that Plushenko has a soft spot for Yulia, but truth be told I'm not sure if it would be best to accept his offer so soon. If she feels ready that'd be great, he has a great team and she can still skate without the competitions. But on the other hand, Plushenko's shows are heavily reported on and always get tones of attention. If Yulia were to work with him, the media would go crazy. Perhaps it's best for her to take her time, figure out what she wants, get some peace and quiet. But again, I'm not Yulia so I don't know what would really be best for her.
plushyfan, thanks so much for posting this. Long ago I began to hope that Yulia would leave competition and join his show. I have to pinch myself. This is the best possible news. With the internet, possiblities are endless. This may be perfect for her.
I took Amei's remark to mean Yulia must guard against anything that could trigger another round of hurtful press frenzy, including well-intended but careless remarks. It seems no news organization can be trusted to limit itself to facts, not even AP. As Yulia succinctly put it, have you no decency, no conscience?

Yes, I think only Julia herself can determine if this is something she can consider now - or maybe later. In another interview Plushy seemed to indicate that his doors would be open to her indefinitely. I think that it's nice for her to know that she is wanted, and that there is something for her should she choose.
I'm not saying that Plushenko doesn't want to help/support her, but it looks questionable/disingenuous when he's making statements to the media (maybe multiple?, I don't understand Russian so I only know what he says via the board) regarding her and trying to contact her. Outside of trying to make himself look good, what's the purpose of repeatedly bringing her up? From his own mouth he has her phone number so to me there is no need for him to bring up in the media that he's contacting her.
LOL, literally it means something like "for the b*tt to glue together", this is a common expression related to consuming an unhealthy amount of sweets. Like, a parent would this it to a kid: "if you eat too much of that [sweet stuff], your b*tt will glue itself together".

Yes, I agree. I don't think that would be good if she skates soon. She needs time to decide wha she wants to do and the media a little bit forgot her. But Plushenko said this: "This is what Yule needs to do-first to conduct a survey, and if she decides to return, then the doors in my academy are open."
Hmmm.. Because he wants to help Yulia. He didn't talk multiple times to the media. He said he tried to talk with her but he couldn't. We don't know later he could talk with her or not . And I want to clarify Plushenko doesn't need Yulia to be popular and he doesn't try to make himself look good. In 2014 according to the the biggest pollster Plushenko was more popular as Yulia. He was 1th most popular athlete , Yulia 2nd and Adelina 3rd. Plus according to the Russian Forbes Plushenko is on the 28th place among the Russian celebrities in 2017.But he has more haters because of his status , of course. His shows are very succesful without Yulia. So you believe me, if he says he wants to help Yulia that is true.

There are only two appropriate ways to deal with the press's fixation on Yulia: 1. follow Urmanov's example: "Do not ask me about Yulia's retirement." 2. Send them to moviebuff, and give him a gun or a chainsaw.
At least two independent reports say that Yulia has decided to study for self-enrichment, and to seek a comfortable alternative to sports. Can anyone confirm this? This would be the ideal outcome, but so few of us can quickly slam the door on 15 years devoted to a single purpose, especially from age 4. If anybody can, it's Yulia. She is doing very well if true.

I can't vouch for this info but from what I read in the comments section on Elena Vaitsekhovskaya blog + Russian forums, it seems that Yulia has been for some time learning a language (not specified which) and has now entered the Moscow State Uni to study on a full-time basis, the speculations were that it is either linguistic or journalism department but no evidence of any kind. The only word from Yulia directly as far as I am aware was when she refused (replying to a phone call from a news agency) either to confirm or contradict the statement made by her mother. This is rather puzzling as it may imply that her mother was acting without her permission?
^^^ Thanks Tutto, such welcome speculation is too easy for me to believe. Journalism? Ha! This would be on the level of Yekaterinburg to Moscow at age 10, with Yulia there are only bold strokes. No more tunnel vision, breaking out of the narrow skaters world would put her more at ease socially. Mama would have to relish this, who could blame her for bursting out after all she's been through. Please keep us informed.
