Yeah, I agree. I just get a total blank from her when I watch. It's all good. The jumps are done, if small. The spins are good, she has good body line, arms etc. It's just...vacant, somehow. Maybe that will change as she matures. She certainly seems to have lots of fans on this board, anyway.

I always love how this music cut is literally the same as Michelle Kwan's from way back in the day.
I expect an epic spiral sequence at the end of the music whenever I see her skate.

Elena is a young skater who deserves her scores. She has the jumps and artistry.

Elena seems so unrefined after Satoko Miyahara...
