Well, that seems pretty harmless enough. So far.

Yes. But the histery just started as I said. His recent interview

Olympic champion Alexei Yagudin said Sergei Voronov performance and Maxim Kovtun last season.
....
Remains except that psychological instability, which, however, has always been. Let's see what will happen next. Pressure remains: constant comparison with Plushenko, attacks on Max in the press. This effect, "- said Yagudin
Imagine voting for Yagudin all those years back. There would've been only emptiness after 2002.

And look at Hanyu's fans.
I bet you enjoy the drama!
No. Honestly, no!!! Probabaly you recognized I love that guy. I want to him the best all the time, in every cases. I'm worried about his health. His comeback is too risky in many ways, it really is incomprehensible why he wants to compete. Oh, yes, I always worried about Hanyu's health, he seems too fragile for me. When he fall, I always think he can't stand up. Plus his asthma, his other problems.. But he is strong as steel, he can do those amazing jumps.
And figure skating is much more predictable, when it comes to Plushenko and Mishin I trust them 100%.
Plushenko will not injure himself beyond repair and he isn't going to embarrass himself.
But Yagudin is right when he says that "We'll see if he can." We'll see and it would really be exciting to see him again!
Yes, Yagudin was OK then. But read his new interviw. And this is true, Yagudin said many times about Plushy like these: he can't live without skating, his life is only the skating, but he ( Yagudin ) has many plans, he will be singer, actor etc. But he couldn't realize them.. But Plushy didn't reacted his comments, he only said Yagudin was his main rival he pushed him all the time, he couldn't have been such a great skater without Yagudin. He invited him to his birthday show, and Yags skated in it. This peace finished in 2013 november, when Plushenko won the Volvo Cup, and he had chance to go to Sochi. Yagudin started to attacks, probably he wanted to help Tat. And then Plushy said a very funny respons. I can find , if you are curious. After Sochi, Yagudin was one of the main attackers, he gave many interviews, he spoke in TV talk shows.. He said Plushy had no injury, he wanted to just the team medal, and he wanted to promote his show tour in Russia.
After when was the biggest chaos around Plushenko he tweeted it he and his family were threathened by Plushy and Yana. That was a humourist's joke, and Yag already knew, that was a bad joke!!! And he tweeted it!!( The humourist said probably Yag wanted to some extra PR's with Yana and Plush). After this Plushy said Yagudin doesn't exist for him ( not exactly, but I can't quote). They followed each other on Twitter, but Plushy deleted Yagudin, doesn't follow him. ( Yana, does. ) And some months later, Yagudin said in an interview Plushy was the good decision to send......
Honestly, I'm far more sanguine about this than I was in 2013 - I'm not talking about potential placements in competitions here; I'm talking about being - after having time to digest it all - far less worried about Plushy's condition. As I said, he's not starting from scratch - in 2013 he didn't begin ice training until, I believe, June; and had to start doing the easiest jumps again. Now, he's still got the quad. I actually believe that he probably is feeling quite good - far better than he has in years - and that is in part what has prompted his return. He probably feels that, if he managed as well as he did under those horrible conditions - why couldn't he do better now, that he is feeling far better?
Yes, he is in better condition now. In 2013 he almost needed to learn to walk again, he stepped on ice in May. Oh, I remember we followed his preparation it was a great voyage!!!
