I don't know if my eyes aren't awake yet and I'm seeing things or this is true, but I was looking at the ISU for Lauriault/Le Gac and apparently they got married to each other in December?! I mean I'm not judging, but DANG! That's young! 19 and 20!

While one could credibly argue it was a different time, that's the same age Gordeeva was when she married Grinkov (though he was a few years older).

That's true.

At the end of the day it was their decision to make. If they feel they have the emotional and financial stability to make it work more power to them. If worst comes to worst quite bluntly they would not be the first people ever to have a first marriage that failed who nonetheless go on to lead happy and fulfilled lives... in fact that applies to almost a third of the western population
