Getting the season started with new @mkblades! Thx @edeaskates for adding some custom technology to my Concerto's ;)

Kim Kardashian gets paid $10,000 each time she mentions a product on twitter. I hope Patrick has nice contracts with his sponsors for product promotions. It's good credibility because he actually uses them and is so successful.

patrick has been sunkissed....

He always starts with a serious tan which fades over the season. We usually see pale faces on the Worlds podium. Figure skaters need to pay attention to get enough vitamin D.

i am not too worried about Patrick and vitamin intake... :) i am sure he has a good diet plan.... but yeah... that's true how he goes really white by the time it's WC :)

just bumping our thread back to the first page.. cannot deal with having to look for it too far... HAHA:laugh2:

Here's my new blog post on Emi's photos of Patrick from the 2016 SOI Toronto show. It's more photo than word-heavy, but I hope you all like the eye candy.

I'd been wanting to do this blog post for awhile, but the timing didn't work out until now. With Patrick going to Japan soon for The Ice 2016, I think now is a good time to do it.

ermmm... as if we didn't know already but isn't Patrick a hot dude? HAHAHA.... wow... those photos by Emi are fabulous. and Patrick is just so handsome. Moreover, his posture in every picture shows how each detail of his choreography is mastered. I bet he looks good at every second and every angle.

I miss seeing him compete....not quite willing to give up on summer yet though ;)

Thanks Viv for another feast for the eye feature ;)

Lol, he'll probably make us watch all of the sports he does - skiing, surfing, car racing, etc., etc...

BTW, if anyone is interested in helping me out, I created a tool to calculate a skater's geopolitical advantage going into the Olympics. Can you take a look and let me know if there are other factors you think I should include, and what you think of the scoring?

http://pcskatingfan.com/?p=1764&preview=1&_ppp=c4ee14181f

I'd also like to share it on an Olympic thread, if there is one on GS that would be appropriate.

This is all in good fun, of course. Thank you so much!

(Oh, and based on my calculations, Patrick would have a modest geopolitical advantage going into the 2018 Olympics...) ;)

I don't think I've posted in a fan fest before but came to see the pictures. Having met Patrick in person and talked to him for about 15 minutes ---- I can't say enough about him. He's very gracious, polite, sweet, has that killer smile, and is still the smoothest male skater on the ice.

Thanks for the pictures. I loved Sound of Silence but only saw the CAnadian version on YouTube. The US version was very good (Adam Rippon was beautiful) but .....

Wow! You are so lucky to meet him and talk with him for that long. Thank you for sharing your experience. :)
