I really like this one, it'll be interesting to see R-Yuri skate to it! It's fantastic how much they tried, with all this original music. But it seems to be paying off. You cannot pre-order the boxset from Animate any longer because they've sold out! Which is basically great news.

I finally know what they used for Yuuri. A friend texted me at four this morning (she's pregnant so forgivable) yelling about Daisuke's SP on the show and doh. I knew I'd seen something similar.

That was of course choreographed by Kenji Miyamoto who is doing the choreo for YOI too.

Loved how Yuuri turns the choreo on its head though. It goes from playboy pursues woman -> woman falls under his charm -> playboy leaves her to woman pursues playboy -> playboy stays. Props for that. Another thing there is that they had no issues Yuuri using feminine charms. He is the best woman! Just fab, I'll love them forever for this, considering how things still are :luv17:

I did feel bad for poor Yurio. I hope we see him soon because he adds perfect comedy. Negl, I had to stop the video when he said to Yuuko that she's oozing different fluids. Just ... I think I laughed through two thirds of this. Give me more!

It's a complete coincidence that the acronym for the show is only one letter short of "yaoi", right? yes a complete coincidence I'm sure. Personally I haven't misread that even once so far.

You know, purely for the sake of argument, though this show is not tagged as either yaoi or shounen ai, there have been anime where this was also the case but there were homosexual couples in them. Personally, I believe this is the right way to go unless it's focused on that romance, and it wasn't in any of these cases. So ... technically ...
And no, I don't believe they'll have the guts to pair up Victor and Yuuri though I do wish they would. At some point the teasing gets too much unless you actually go through with it. Considering Kuro-sensei said after ep 3 aired

I predict that at the end, Yuuri is going to win the GPF and Viktor returns to competition- so Yuuri gets to fulfil his dream of competing against Viktor as equals.
But you never know. There are no spoilers or leaks anywhere at the moment.

it all depends on the number of seasons imo
For some reason I expect someone to have an injury at some very important moment
Or Yuuri winning the SP & in the LP he falls & Yuri P takes the gold
Or Vik completely retiring

I have so many scenarios in my head
I hope we can see some skaters from other disciplines in the future!
