US pairs champion John Coughlin says that "his skating skills and the way he carves the ice, the depth of his knee, and the flow that he generates is… I’ve never, ever seen anything like it in any discipline.” He also says Patrick has a “legendary brand that’s been going for years strong now” and that he will be “immortalized in Canada, which is one of the skating Meccas of the world” (in contrast to Javi who can fly under the radar because of where he’s from and he lets others take the limelight and hence avoids distractions that Yuzu and Patrick have, and that this freedom comes across in Javi's skating – very interesting take).
The Blade Boys 2016-2017 Figure Skating Season Preview (17:44-32:40)
“His [Patrick's] priority has always been to put out beautiful skating” [as opposed to getting more points]. “His priority is to get back on the ice and show really interesting, unique programs because he’s known as an artist.”
They also said that, like Chan, Jason Brown’s priority is the power of the performance and the audience getting something out of the program and it’s not necessarily about the tricks.” In other words, “there is more to men’s figure skating than just the quad.” (They quickly added that winning is all about the quad, but the beauty of the sport is broader than that). The Blade Boys really "get" Patrick and Jason and appreciate them for the reasons that their ubers do!!!

Thanks. I checked it out a couple of days ago. I believe I'll find something that works when the time comes. I will be staying home tomorrow evening just for the Men's SP.
It's ironic I need to find foreign stream for a Canadian event. I used to think so for SA.
Yes, I am in Canada as well but these days I prefer the live streams over the tv broadcasts
