Because Radionova is a pretty girl and she could have been prettier without such make up. She is looking like a distant relative of an orange now.

When I compare to the BESP commentators, always trying to be positive, it's shameful.

The purpose of a commentary is not trying to be positive, IMO. The commentary needs to be truthful including positive and negative comments if they apply.

her +3T was higher than the 3T. hmmm the replay does not show the clean landing.

Maybe? I think it's because the ladies' scores are all so close together that there's very little motivation to up the ante. That might change if Medvedeva's consistency and sky-high scores hold up.

Also remember that the 3A is a particularly tricky jump (even for some of the top men).

It's just that all the men has 3A in the SP and so many of them do quads even if they don't make it, while the ladies are mostly not even attempting to do 3A.
