Tavi.... I found them....I love this site and the people on it, as much as I love skating, and that's a lot.

I have only two things to say after watching the top 2 teams. First...Tessa Virtue is a Goddess Second...I loved the Shibs. I didn't like their program the first time I saw but, it has grown on me and they are certainly performing the heck of it. It was much less "Safe" this time and that's what was missing at the start of the season. I'll keep watching......

This is the most absolute fact of ice dance. Tessa is everything.

Back on topic, I can't stay up to watch the men and I'm already anticipating how stressful it'll be looking up the scores in the morning. Still easier than sitting through it, but acting up on it is going to be kind of insane.

I would love to see history made the way Toller made history: with well-constructed, fascinating, balanced programs skated with artistry and passion. And if certain jumps fit into that, fine. If they don't, leave 'em out.

And spins:gclap: No Toller uber could ever love a program with mediocre spins.

And *here's* what I would love to see: An entire comp with NO BUTT SPINS. Think I'll see a quint axel before I see that one.

This mens competition is going to be VERY interesting. I can't wait to see.. So much talent and big jump guns. I wonder if Patrick goes clean and the other guys with more tech value go clean how far he will be back.

The images I get! Not sure if it would struggle in vain like Bambi or it would "stick its landing" by having its feet frozen stuck to the ice. In any case, it better not touch the ice with its long tongue!

I'm just keeping my candles lit for the skating gods for the two Malaysians in the competitions (one in 1st group, another in the 3rd group) XD Amidst all the quad fest with the top men they must be like mortals among giants, but I hope they'll have a good competition, and have great fun on the ice!

I thought I'd log on so I could do my part to help this thread get to 50 pages before the competition starts. I skipped through the thread and I must say that the Star Wars/FS crossover fanfiction was my favorite part. You folks are hilarious - keep up the good work!
