2017 Four Continents Men SP

I am lucky this time. I have Friday off, I normally wake up early to go to work, so getting up for the competition and staying in my pj's and eating a big breakfast while watching my favourite men will just kick off the long weekend we have in the most fantastic fashion... provided our boys don't splat all over the ice... c'mon guys, you HAVE to do better than the ladies did earlier....

No, the 40 pages are just interest/speculations on quads and other less or more interesting things.

Here is the start time from Mrs P's first post.

LOL, xeyra is trying to be funny. Splatfest or not we don't yet know [emoji3]
Some of y'all are too excited for this [emoji23]

Good for you, that sounds to be the perfect Friday. ;)

I'll be "working" and the last group will be between 13-14. p.m. I'll definitely skip lunch and tell my boss to leave me alone if she intends to bother me :laugh2: (Idk if I want to tell her the reason. She's very nice and last time I found her a stream for the Nadal semi-final at AusOpen, she was very happy...but she's still my boss so it's not the same )

I'll be a wreck by the end of the event also because I have to act normal there and watch the competition without sound :slink:

It's the most exciting four continents ever for me, my birthday party is all centered around watching the men's short program!

Happy birthday! I will try to get Team Australia to get you a present. ;)

Two Aussies in the first group (but mercifully not back-to-back like the ladies) and one in the third group. I should not die quite as much this time, except for that blasted cut...

Misha skating after Yuzuru, Shoma, and Patrick...there's going to be a lot of excitement in the air.

Even just the combo of Yuzuru, Shoma, and Patrick is pretty intense.

The US men are also all bunched up like the ice dancers were.

It's good we have Boyang's fun SP to end the night.

I really hope Misha does amazing.

Where are the videos? There are no links on the first page.....:confused2:

Videos of what? The men's comp hasn't started yet. The first group of men starts sometime after midnight pacific time tonight - not sure of exact time but you can check the time conversion link in the first post of this thread.

If you don't subscribe to Ice network, you can try watching one of the links in the livestream thread. The Chinese one worked for me and I'm in the US.

The 4CC videos post has all or most videos for dance, pairs, and women.

I was looking for the links to the Short Dance. I'm dying to see Scott and Tessa, and the rest of the top 6.

There is thread for videos called called "2017 4CCs videos". Look in there. It has dance videos. If the one you want isn't there you'll need to check twitter or YouTube.

Tavi.... :thank: I found them....I love this site and the people on it, as much as I love skating, and that's a lot.

I have only two things to say after watching the top 2 teams. First...Tessa Virtue is a Goddess  Second...I loved the Shibs. I didn't like their program the first time I saw but, it has grown on me and they are certainly performing the heck of it. It was much less "Safe" this time and that's what was missing at the start of the season. I'll keep watching......

Thanks, I will be sure to pay attention when the Aussies are on!

Holy Cow!!!!!!! We need a new character that shows a robber holding up a bank. It could be the symbol for teams that we feel were robbed......Hence Chock and Bates......I freakin' loved them. Madison is so beautiful but.......Evan is like the coolest, hippest, red head to come along since.......Kevin Reynolds. Bravo!!

Oh Gawd.....:palmf: Ok thanks....

Thank you for adding to the thread count.

It's only 8 more pages guys, we can do it!

I am so ready for this competition to be here already. Men's figure skating is was more interesting than ladies figure skating this year!

Gonna try to stay up all night for this! So excited for this super mega competition to make history!!! :hap57:
