vivley are you sure this is blackbird's final flight??? what about WTT???? I am hoping so much for esqualo for next year's SP that I would be okay it's over for the Beatles but we will have to see... Patrick used to keep one "old" program... if he does keep Journey... (i hope he doesn't, not because I don't like it but simply because it's so introspective... and yes, Patrick is so good at it... but for the Olympics, I'd like a thrill section!!! something powerful and exciting ... there were some parts like that in last year's Chopin or in his Vivaldi.... ... but this being said, I could see him keep Journey... so if he does, blackbird is certainly gone)....

---- also, i am very happy with this gif of his gorgeous 4S. You have no idea how thrilled I was when i saw it right in front of me at Nationals. Patrick is such a beautiful skater. His jumps are just gorgeous.

Finally, tell me about it... the schedule is really awkward... some events start at 4am for me... there is no way i can wake up that early.... but I guess it would be worse for West Coast viewers.... I think we will all have puffy eyes next week from lack of sleep and tears of joy !

Go Patrick GO!!!! I have a feeling it will be his best competition of the year. Let's hope my feeling is right !

He was looking good in training as of late; I really hope he can keep it together and attack!

I want to badly see him on the top of that podium again.

Bolded that word because that's exactly what Violet Bliss referred to last year. I don't recall your wise words VB... .but when Patrick is on, he does attack the jumps and lands beautiful ones as you noticed at 4CC :) gosh... i am have to go look at it one more time ;) i cannot help it... everytime i mention his Chopin from 4cc i end up on youtube.

Funny that you should mention WTT, because I came across this article last night by chance, seriously. Patrick doesn't seem to like WTT, so hopefully he won't have to do it this year.

I'm so glad you were able to see that 4S in person! I wish you had a fancam!

A lot of fans are optimistic that he will do well this year, and I agree! :agree:
