Nice to hear that CaroLiza_fan! They have already announced that next season will be their last season of competitions in an interview. I hope they will get an olympic spot here. Their current plan is developing ice dance in Turkey after retirement.

Looking like Lauriault/LeGac aren't going to make it. :dev2: They've just had bad luck at worlds for the second year in a row--last year they slipped to 8th at junior worlds because of a twizzle mishap, and now this. Hopefully they break the streak next season.

Well, I suppose it is not unexpected. Like, Alper is older than me, and there aren't that many skaters still competing that I can say that about.
Glad to hear that they are planning to try to build up the ice dance programme in Turkey. You have a lot of promising junior skaters coming through in singles, but not so many in Dance.
Alper is the perfect person to do it, as he was your pathfinder in Men's singles skating, and so has the experience to know how to turn a promising singles skater into an even better ice dancer.
And it is a great coup for Turkey to hold onto somebody with Alisa's experience and background.

Thank you so much, Princessroja, ruffledgrouse, and, of course, Auser for your kindness! I am watching with my work computer (those links are perfect for my personal labtop, but for the work computer they seem to leave some traces, I rather not have my coworkers know too much about me
I found a Kaz link from Auser's list that works on my iphone. (I was a little bit ambitious to make the B-euro stream work on my phone, but,,, ) I am relieved that I was able to do that before V/M skate, even though I had to totally skip the group 4.
Ill really miss this season with the hip hop rythm
I really like lots of choices tacky as they may seem to someone
I am savoring every minute of this SD. I so enjoyed the midnight blues/hip hop/swing rhythms this season and the fun dances they inspired. I will miss them :luv17:
