2017 JGP Latvia Pairs SP

omg here we go GO KATIA AND HARLEY GO GO GO!

I was thinking I had seen them in US competitions!

Yeah, they won Novice Bronze this past season, then change to skate for their native Sweden (because why not, when they're born there and are pretty much guaranteed spots)

KATIA AND HARLEY TIME (someone hold karne)

Beautiful twist lift. Clearly at a higher level the previous two teams.

Harley looked like he leaned far a bit out of that first jump, but definitely landed it and held on.

These two are spectacular. Bravo, Katia and Harley.

The twist was wonderful!

Well, that was a bit of a rough performance, but I LOVE that program for them, and it'll be a really striking program when it's clean.

omg Katia and Harley with the CLICK OF DEATH in the StSq

BUT I LOVE THIS PROGRAM OMG

and omg no Ted they're not "experienced" this is LITERALLY THEIR SECOND SEASON TOGETHER

Even if it was a bit rough (which is not unexpected for a new program), it was still definitely levels above the first two skates. Woooooow.

A/W need a SBS triple if they want to go to the Olympics.

Very good speed.

Im guessing they ahve 3T now but they need a 3Lz

They probably have one; I think someone said earlier that 2Lz is required for juniors.

And where did this Japanese team come from? That wasn't bad at all! Nice to see a junior Japanese pairs team.
