Patrick is indeed keeping quiet.. just like his fans... LOL I keep having to fetch his thread from page 2!!! Quelle horreur !
 
I know someone who is going but up to them to share if they wish to do so.... :)

so it seems that Patrick has been in Canada since the week before Nebelhorn??? wow....

Patrick did say that he wanted to go to the Olympics feeling like a Canadian... I just wonder if he's been training by himself??
 
Yes, as we(Chiddy's fans) have been quietly, patiently and waiting a bit anxiously for some news and his 2 brand new programs in competition. ;) Hopefully we might get some answers today at the Skate Canada breaking the ice event. :pray: :love:

Accordingly to instagram, he is happy and healthy... go back a few pages... vivley brought many photos of Patrick with his trademark big smile skating with kids in BC.

For the rest, I have no crystal ball... so I will wait for the news ;)

I don't know about the other fan, but if you look at the fan who tweeted (see my previous Twitter link), they did attend the event and said Patrick and Eric were not there.

which quads is he training? muscles or jumps?

and thanks for confirming Patrick was a no show.... I am a bit puzzled by it though... and upset on behalf of my friend who went there.... i hope she met other nice skaters

Yes, I got confirmation that unfortunately many skaters including Patrick were missing and it was a disappointing event. They should have had the event during HPC...
 
when I was a kid... I delivered the morning paper to the neighbourhood... that was my second job (after being a hockey timekeeper/scorer at the rink... where I must have picked up some skating love)..... and my cat, used to follow me on the route.... one morning, a big truck passed by and she ran away... scared.... I tried to call her, to look for her, but there was a big park and I just couldn't find her. I thought, oh well, she will find her way home though it's far... or she will find me back on the delivery route. I had to go since well, right after, I needed to have breakfast, shower, and go to school for morning swimming practice...

When I got home that day... dad was furious... he was like... where is the kitty? We were sort of surprised since he had pretended not to care so much about the cat all these years :) and then he said : 5 dollars to the first one (my siblings and I) who brings her back ....

I took my bike and went back to the park.... and I saw her, still completely scared and confused running towards me.... Took her in my hands and rode back home with her... Do not try this at home folks.... only pros can ride a bike with a scared cat with sharp nails ;) She was actually very quiet ;)

and I got my 5 dollars LOL but more importantly, the entire family was so thrilled that the cat was back... we decided not to let her follow me in the morning again... (we tried harness but forget it... cats are no dogs).

So here is the point of the story LOL

5 virtual dollars to anyone who finds Patrick !!!!! :laugh2:
 
Haha, well, I did find another photo of Patrick in Vancouver from two weeks ago, does that count? For some reason Instagram did not index this one correctly and I found it a different way.

Some people's greed is limitless... even virtually LOL

yeah i thought that 5 dollars 20 years ago would be about what? 20 bucks now? LOL...

patrick is priceless... so i didn't want to put a big number there... because it would never be big enough LOL
