Idk y'all idk. (But it is wayyyy late for me on a weekday).

I think what people want is for scoring to be fair. Ashley deserves higher PCS than Bradie in the same way that Bradie deserves a higher tech score than Ashley. I don't think anyone wants to USFSA to not put Bradie on the team but it is not necessary to underscore other skaters PCS in order to do that. Ashley's performance skills and speed on the ice leave Bradie in the dust.

Her too, but she doesn't have the minimum scores. She would have to be sent to somewhere to get them.

Bradie is a great argument for The Necessity of Charisma.

She's probably a nice woman, but charismatic? Uhm...

yeah Bradie lacks the star quality, there is nothing really special about her skating other than her consistency.

She’s the only one here who would challenge for a top 5 place at Russian or Japanese Nationals after the short program.

Is she serious? She’s been botching that SP all season and she decides at nationals to change it? What the? That should’ve been the first thing she changed! As tiresome as MR was, it got her that bronze in SC. I cannot right now...

I guess neither program was really working, but she had something she could pull out much more easily for the FS, so she went with that.

Because she still has the best skating skills by a large margin over anyone else. Ashley doesn't have this advantage over even junior girls.

I"m completely not invested in any U.S. lady or ladies in general. But didn't many of you predict Bradie to win? And she's leading? I fail to see why people are shocked by her score...
