I was wondering the same. I did some searching and have come up with a couple of uses for cling wrap, but nothing that I hope is applicable to Alina.
Maybe it is lucky cling wrap.

I was wondering why they were both holding something on their hands...If not, you probably can see ballet hands slaps around each others. ��..Thanks for sharing this clip.
I just noticed she is wrapping her skates so maybe she is using cling wrap for it but I'm not sure

Most skaters do it usually to keep the laces from coming lose. I once started a thread called “Boots on the Deathbed” to discuss taped up and beat up skates. Everyone just thought I had a cat (Named Boots) that was going to die

I did follow the announcer thing, I remember her voice from Euros. Actually when I saw video from practise, I heard another voice who called the ladies into their routines. I was thrilled as this voice souded much nicer and softer and was also much more understandable. I hoped the klady will be announcer even during competition but I was disappointed :sad21:

Oh! Her! Yeah, she was bad. And what annoys me is there is sure to be someone better around, but they don't get them. Which they should at such an international event like this. It makes them look bad and sloppy, not professional at all.

But it’s not you, the original poster (who filmed the scene) deleted his post so that’s why it’s missing.
I’ll keep an eye out to see if he posts it again or if someone captured it from his feed.

Ok, I'm like Alina, where there is a will, there is a way.
Couldn't find the original video, which was shot from the tribunes above her and shows a better view of the back of the action, but our very own FreeSkater has a video of the same action shot from across the rink and focused on Alina.
You can see her interaction with the Security Guy but can't see that there is a white line painted on the floor, right behind Daniil and Dudakov, the Security Guy points to it. Action starts around 1:39, from this angle you can see Alina's face which is priceless.

Skater on the rink was Elisabet, the one person in the world who wouldn't be intimidated by seeing Alina at the boards, she would just think she was back at Sambo 70.

I think indeed all badges for the event have Alina's Black Swan pose, as you can see in this pic from Team Zagitova. Since she was walking around on everyone's neck
