- Of those those whoe were definitely taken - Aleksandra Trusova and the sisters Zhilina. As for the other transitions, they will also be announced, but this is the next stage. I’ll voice it later.

- There will be transfers (without specifying which group). I once told you that there will be a sensation. Now the sensation has arrived.

Me and Aleksandra now communicate remotely, share thoughts on programs, on creativity, on fees - we decide where we will go, which choreographers to attract. Listen, I got a call from an athlete with her parents, and they started a conversation on transfering to me. I supported them and decided that we will work together. What motives did she have, why and why, so far I have not gone into details.
- You are not interested in why she left Tutberidze?
- If Sasha considers it necessary, she herself will tell.
- For you, the arrival of Trusova is a huge risk?
- I've always loved challenges, I always went forward, my school will be number one in the near future. And I'll bring it to mind. Not just because I began to build my own ice rink. I have big plans, because I love my job and I'm not afraid of it. This year we showed a very good result with the Sarnovsky brothers, who only recently came to me. Sof'ya Titova in the end won the Championship of Russia among younger age and the Championship of Moscow. We show results. But I never say that only I have the result. In our academy a nice team of teachers and choreographers is being formed now. Yes, we did not have such super-prominent athletes, but this year we also noted for our achievements. With the advent of Sasha, the Zhilinas, other athletes, we open up new opportunities. Everyone has weaknesses that need to be adressed. I assure you that Trusova will be a completely new Trusova next season. I'll train her together with super-specialists who will work with her. And there will be sensations. I love them, so they will be provided. For me, the main thing now is to prepare Trusova so that she is a supersportsman in all aspects. Not only in jumps, but also in rotations, and in charisma, and in sliding skills, and in conveying the image to judges and spectators. We have already set this task for ourselves; me and Sergey Rozanov are on the same wavelength. He is a super professional. By the way, I know him for a very long time. I think we will succeed.
- I want to ask about your vision of Trusova. Do you think that her previous programs were unsuccessful?
- Why? Her programs were very good. She skated with dignity. But today there is no universal soldier in the world of women’s single skating who would be 100% developed both in the technical components and in charisma and skating. There are no such all arounders. Each one is weaker than the other. If we take Yuzura Hanyu, he is developed in all aspects and strong in all areas. Of course, I would like to make Sasha Trusova into this universal soldier. Exactly on these points.
- Is it even possible?
- It is possible. If you work, it’s possible.
- That is, there will be no particular profile in her work? Shouldn't she develop some kind of sportive figure skating?
- We will try to make Trusova universal.
- How can this be done? She already created this profile with a bias on technical heroism.
- Come on, she is only 15 years old! She'll still grow and mature. We are just used to the fact that at the age of 15 they are already quitting. It is necessary to change this situation. Sasha is still ahead, she is at the beginning of her journey.

- Just introducing the two-time Russian Champion Anna Shcherbakova, you understand that she is a balanced athlete, European Champion Alyona Kostornaya - that she is an ultra-balanced athlete. Sasha, after all, has a clear bias in technology.
- I do not think that Shcherbakova hasn't any weak points. There are. Kostornaya also has weaknesses if we speak from a professional point of view. I don’t want to talk about these weak points, because we will now compete. The main thing for us is to remove our own weaknesses. You need to think about yourself. We have weak points, but these are temporary. I repeat, in the new season Trusova will be a completely new skater.
- Will the jumping technique remain?
- We will partially change it. And she definitely needs stability, without which nothing will work.
- Will Rozanov have his own group at the Academy?
- Rozanov and Mikhailov (Dmitriy Mikhailov works in the Plushenko group - ed.) Will have a joint group. I don’t have one where I alone rule the ball. I have a team in which everyone does his own thing. The merit of the same Titova is the merit of our entire team.
- Will the group of Aleksandr Volkov continue to function separately?
- Yes, in which I will continue to help Aleksandr Sergeyevich.
- Will all new girls, including Trusova and Zhilinas, be in your group with Rozanov?
- Yes of course.

- One project. Trusova came along with Rozanov.

- Apparently, something did not suit both the coach and the athlete. Seryozha Rozanov is an excellent specialist, achieved great results with athletes, taught them quadruple jumps, good technical basis. I also looked closely at his work for a long time. He studied technology a lot with Mishin (Alexey Mishin, Plushenko's trainer - ed.), And (Igor) Rusakov. He took the best from many coaches and began to stage athletes in a gorgeous, I think, jumping technique. He also expressed a desire to enter my system, to work with me. I said: why not try it?

- He came by himself. I did not invite anyone. This is a purely personal desire of the coach Seryozha Rozanov and the athlete Aleksandra Trusova.
- Which experts will still work with Sasha?
- I can’t name them now, but they will be top-class specialists. Both Russian and foreign.
