Same here. I never take a lesson it's just a discussion and whatever is said there, it won't affect what will really happen.

Just thinking about how Tarasova/Morozov always do the same stroking exercise to start their warm-up. I've seen them live a couple times and they always do it, even warming up in practices IIRC, and seeing them do it again here makes me happy.
