I have high hopes for Alëna Leonova. Her Maleficent she did for Talalaykina last season was just fab.

Snow Leopards tends to have nice programmes in general
IIRC many are done by Ilona Protasenya. Nikita Mikhailov is another popular choreographer (Sotskova's Butterflies and Hurricanes, Mark Kondratiuk's Swan Lake, ).
I'm not sure who does most of Team Davydov's programmes, but they seem generally quite good (Berestovskaya's Clown LP being the glaring exception).
Speaking of test skates, I liked Muravieva and Sarnovsky (chor. Dmitri Mikhailov, no relation to Nikita).
Agree Nadia Kanaeva is underrated! I wish more Russian skaters went to her, but I guess it's expensive to travel to California.
Over in ice dance Alena Samarskaya does some really unique and innovative choreo for Zhuk/Svinin's skaters. I wonder if it would be possible for her to choreograph singles too - many ex-ice dancers do (eg. Averbukh, Danny G).
Just curious, do Frolova's artistry and skating skills come more from Panova or Davydov?

Is a thirteen year old portraying Harley Quinn in a program with gunshots galore really age appropriate? I like the vibe of the program and if she grows into it she can do this fun upbeat stuff well, but I think the program is in poor taste.

In the past Davydov and Goncharenko used to work often with Sergej Verbillo, not sure now.
Nikita Mikhailov is fine but sometimes cringy, and in general the programs aren't particularly memorable, not yet top class choreography and that's a big takeaway for a lot of these new russian choreographers, they primarily work with juniors so they never really made an excellent program for a very artistic skater.
Muravyeva's free is well choreographed i have to say and the short already was good.
Olga Glinka and Valentin Molotov they are good choreographers, but they mainly work with Team Rukavicin. I liked Nugumanova's SP last season and Talalaikina's programs.
I really liked Krylova's works, especially her programs for Akiko Suzuki in the past, that Kill Bill SP i still remember, and the free dance she did for Kaganovskaya/Angelopol last season was beautiful, but i guess she's more focused on Ice Dance now.
The dress is very original though i gotta say. Not a huge fan of the music cuts.

I actually found it appropriate due to how obviously over the top it was. It's like when children run around with Nerf guns and pretend to shoot each other (well some people would still be against this). At some point it becomes very cartoon/dress up and that's fine with me but ymmv of course.
She was very cute and it didn't come off as cheesy so kudos to them for that too.
I think the program is fine for her age, its very cutesy/kiddy not something attempting to be sensuous or anything age-inappropriate. I wish they would modify the music though: the voiceovers, the cuts - too much.

Speaking of Molotov, there's also Denis Lunin - the connection being that Molotov and Lunin respectively did Aleksandr Selevko's most recent two SPs. Lunin does some nice step sequences. AFAIK he hasn't made any ladies' programmes yet... I mostly see him at the boards with Davydenko or the Velikovs.
It seems like there are quite a few Russian choreographers, but they aren't exactly household names... I wonder if there are restrictions as to who they can work for (e.g. a given club), which might limit their development/profile?

The 1992 Batman animated series which invented the Harley Quinn character was a kids show, so yeah even though the recent movies are for more mature audiences the program is age appropriate.

Sadkova's SP music is something else. Has to be the worst song I've ever heard in a program. Yikes. Her performing still is very on/off, something she needs to fix. Pleasant when it's on but very inconsistent.
I think Gorbacheva was very amazing. For the vast majority of junior skaters, I'd constantly find their every move sloppy, rushed or lacking in conviction, but I think just about everything Gorbacheva did was done almost to perfection. The best one for sure, at least for me.
Berestovskaya's body usage just is pretty sloppy, seems like she's all facial expressions at this point. I also think she's got pretty poor posture. Her jumps are still as tiny as ever. No improvement on that front over 4 whole years, I dislike the FS. Shame, really. We'll see whether she even actually is a top talent for this age group at this point.
Veronika Zhilina unfortunately has only gone backwards in terms of performing ability, which is a shame since I don't see any real reason why she would be a bad performer. She even did dancing when she was young, I can't help but feel that it's also a coaching issue... She has the capability for beautifully performed moves, lines, extensions but none of that is utilized very well. I don't think she's physically unable to perform any choreo. The most untapped potential out of any skater, which is quite crazy to think about considering what she already is able to do.
I guess that's what comes to mind in terms of general impressions.

Wow, well I am a bit shocked Kamila Valieva is only 23 but well done to the top 3 that is pretty much my dream team.
I think because her only international competitive season was as a junior and I think junior results don't weigh as heavy.

That's Berestovskaya, it's so frustrating because she is actually such an expressive and communicative performer, only she can make something out of that cr*p
