Chock/Bates not skating this segment, when they've consistently scored higher than H/D this season, is aggravating me. If H/D lose to the Russians by a small margin, it's going to be such a bad look.

Really? Madi/Zach got a decent score. And it was the same or slightly higher than the highest RD score that Chock/Bates received earlier this season during the GP. Madi/Zach skated great. I get so sick of people trying to put Hub/Don down all the time. It gets old, and it is old. They are retiring after the Olympics. So everyone should just chill who doesn't like them.

With the mistake Nikita made, it won't be fair if they are put ahead of Madi/Zach.

Ack, that slip on the midline step. Lots of elements under review. His back doesn't seem to have stopped him too much but I can tell that he's trying not to strain it. Good power and very close together at the hips in their connections. But I think H/D's performance just edged them out this time around.
