Nope. I remarked that that was the most emotion I’ve ever seen from him.
He’s usually cool as a cucumber but after that combo he was turnt. The intensity was what put it over the top and what was missing in the team SP.

I would imagine that Morisi decided to represent Georgia for the opportunity to represent a country that doesn't have as much (or any) competition in the men's so he can go to Euros and World easily. I mean, he was a much weaker skater in a rather deep Russian field back then. I suppose he could go back to represent Russia, but I think he (and Georgie) is comfortable where he is.OK, stragety question. Why did the Russians farm out their best skater to Georgia? Just for the possibility of getting another Judge on the pannel?
one of the best spinners in this event... tech panel disagrees... some judges too... Judge 2 and 4... not sure I like you...I disagree with Keegan in 9th. I HEARTILY disagree.
. It won't make much of a difference unless something crazy happens, and pretty much everyone was overscored or received generous scores in one segment. Yuzu's 3A, Shoma's combo, Nathan's combo, Zhenya and Yuma's PCS, etc etc. Olympic scoring, what can you do?I don’t know. Step sequence isn’t worth much.I think if he hadn’t messed up the step sequence it would have been a different story. But he is truly a unique skater in the men’s field and his passion and love of his son are just beautiful. Such a triumph for him in many ways.

checking who they are....
China and Japan ... OKay.
I think the closest was after the 2021 World's free skate,Have we ever seen that much emotion from Nathen with the fist pump at the end?
Hanyu can only medal if he doesn’t go for the quad axel and sensibly does a quad loop. But he won’t.
because otherwise he would have gotten +3 or +4 ... a deduction was clearly applied here.Somebody explain to me how putting a hand down on a combo is a 0 GOE?
Nearly as much PCS als Chen with a questionable rotated axel? I have to watch it in slomo. The rest of the judging seems to be ok-ish.
