This saddens me. I was looking forward to seeing them. But, after all the injuries they've suffered already, it is understandable. Still a shame. I wish them all the best. They will look wonderful in shows.Emmanuelle Profit/Nicolas Nadeau have retired from competition. They will be doing show skating.
Nika Osipova/Dmitry Epstein (NED) have ended their partnership. It seems that Nika is retiring while Dmitry is still weighing his options.
This really saddens me too because they were just starting. I think Nadeau was / is a very likeable skater and you just wanted him to succeed. He is quite charismatic and this team barely was starting. I didn't know there was that much work out there because you would thing the shows would be look ing for someone with titles. This saddens me. I was looking forward to seeing them. Expected, given the boom in pairs, but I hope they will find fumfilling and prosperous careers.Evgenia Tarasova/Vladimir Morozov have announced their retirement in Channel One podcast.
Um, seems like Harlow Lynella Stanley/Nikita Sosnenko (MEX, Ice Dance) have split - Both are on IcePartnerSearch (Harlow's profile, Nikita's profile).

Yes there was a rumour that they'd split and that Neamh was hoping to continue with a new partner, but I haven't seen any official confirmation. They aren't listed for British Nationals, which is telling as I believe they had qualified via the August qualifier. I had heard that they had been struggling to afford ice time and had only been able to practice during public/freestyle sessions which are not conducive to developing pairs elements.Just had a look through IPS myself there, and spotted that Neamh Davison is in the list.
So, that means that Pairs partnership Neamh Davison / Shailesh Caller (GBR) have split.
And to think, it was only a few weeks ago that Ted was struggling to get his tongue around Neamh's name when they competed at the Budapest round of the Junior GP Series!

They are training together for the Dancing on Ice tv show, in Great Britain. Rutherford is a British track and field star.I saw this on Instagram today..
Seems Vanessa James has started training this week with Greg Rutherford..
Not sure what to make of this but it looks good to my eyes!!
Wouldn’t it be lovely to see her on ice again?!

AFAIK, Vanessa also still skates professionally with Eric Radford.

Honestly, from seeing Gabbie and Thierry's first competition, the transition into pairs seemed very hard for Gabbie. I was very hopeful they would get things working out for them but I wouldn't be surprised it this was retirement news for her.www.instagram.com
I'm not 100% if it means this, but Gabbie Izzo posted this on Instagram:
" “If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello”
And so, to skating: thank you and farewell "
