I found it a tad Stepfordy

I went looking for a picture from the "Stepford Wives", but got a shock instead.

I discovered that the film was directed by Frank Oz. Yes, the same Frank Oz that was the puppeteer for a whole pile of the most famous characters on "The Muppets", "Sesame Street", etc. (Basically, if you can name a famous Muppet, it was either Jim Henson or Frank Oz moving it).

I never realised he had branched out to other roles behind the camera.

Re the Stepford thing, there's a series of insurance ads here in Australia where the staff are played by fixedly smiley women, who I am sure are not meant to be as creepy as they are, and we in our family call them 'the Stepford Amies'

He unfortunately doubled his -3T, so your non-presence did not factor in I assume

Oh I see, 76 is still really really good with a doubled jump though.

Is it just me or the judges seem to be a bit more generous with the boys this season...? Like last season IIRC the best of the boys got like 77-78 when clean and very rarely 80s

I don't think Paul or Art could physically manage to sound that gravelly!

But, I agree. I love both their original and Disturbed's cove.

They do seem to be more giving, except to our boys for some reason. I am not amused.
