What Hana needs is to gain calmness and sophistication. She is losing points on weak landings, not rarely because of rushed and somewhat muscled take-offs. She's powerful, she doesn't need to force her jumps, just collect herself and go through the motions methodically.
Good skate for her still, and good for her to go for the 3A and the 3-3.

ISU never does anything unless forced to. So, they have to take risks for future gain. I mean, it took Adam only a year to get the silly backflip validated. How long it takes the junior women to get 3A in remains to be seen. It's by far more just/good cause.

The thing is, if they do it like Adam and just start doing it, they will get really low scores. Adam only got a 1 point deduction.

Ariel is delightful to watch, she really is a performer and clearly has fun in the choreo sequence. Didn't let the pop put her off her salchow at the end. Fantastic I-spin and Biellmann, and great flexibility in her spirals as well. Love how bright and cheerful her dress is.
