2024 JGP Wuxi Women's FS

0.12 between Kim and Wang. This will be controversial.
They went easy on her for a program with errors, and I'm pretty sure she would have got away with a bunch of underrotated jumps.

Whereas poor Inga gets dinged for her 3A...

I have not hidden that Yo is my favourite Japanese Junior skater currently. So refined, so powerful. Despite that, I was honestly not expecting her to be so high in the standings after the Short, I didn't even put her in my predictions.
With the fall, her already slim chances of making the JGPF are gone, but she'll be Senior-eligible next season so I'm just hoping her SB score will give her a GP assignment next season.

i have a news for you, the japanese you dislike so much all have 3A (not sure about Takagi actually) also can we stop with conspiracies? let's keep that in the chem trails and flat earth forums
I know, but I want more nations in the final and I am not a fan of Nakai specifically.

Okay I really shouldn't pick fights when Yuseong just got herself to JGPF but well I find this comment extremely snide, just write that you find her unimpressive, her jumps scary, her SS lacking, etc. etc. I'm perfectly fine with people not liking our skaters and/or pointing out the things they currently lack but fake compliments absolutely piss me off. Doesn't help that I'm already pissed at the audacity of a Chinese coach's music selection I guess?
They aren't fake complements. She does have a lovely smile and a lovely dress. I am sorry if that rubs you the wrong way. I don't like her skating but I do love her dresses. Her dress are always perfect and her smile is absolutely beautiful.

I am also happy that she made the JGPF eventhough I wish Jia (whose skating I like very much) could go instead.

They tried their best with PCS. 60 with a fall when they Chinese get 56 for perfectly executed programs?

Yo has lovely soft knees, makes her jumps look light. That outside edge hand-down spiral was the highlight of the entire free skate for me - it was gorgeous. I also really enjoyed the little hand and arm movement she made at one point during a spread eagle (I think, I wasn't looking at her feet). Such a pity about the fall and under-rotation.
