Thatta girl! No skating scared. JGPF is Shimada, Wada, Nakai, Kim Yuseong, Wang, and Gladki. That was an exciting event. The last group was great.

After the heartbreaks of the short program, that was a really great event with good redemptions skates !!

So impressive that she did that after a rather rough warmup! I don't like her dress and I'm not a huge fan of the program either. But, she is a quality skater.

Ami gets both her triple axels done! Beautiful flow out of her 3Lz. Huge smile after she lands her 3F. Split jump right on the music, and a lovely spiral. She is having a magical moment here, carried on her elation now that the jumps are done. Well done! What a lovely performance!

Ami. Gorgeous dress. Great program and skate. She has it all, artistry and athleticism.

Deserved winner. Clean run with two beautiful 3A, and while she also was a bit cautious it wasn's so strict as the Chinese. And her happy smile once the jumps were done was just lovely!

I know, but I want more nations in the final and I am not a fan of Nakai specifically.

you realize how little sense this makes in a sport right? it's not a beauty contest, there're performances and scores, should we reward diversity instead of what skaters actually put on ice? would that be fair? just for the sake of having a 3 countries podium?

What a wonderful group of young ladies skating in such beautiful, lyrical ways. There really is something for everyone style wise. I wish I could give out prizes like candy, but I cannot. Instead I will just bask in the beauty of gorgeous skating.
