2024 Skate Canada Men's Short Program

Oh nice, now the sound from the arena is gone and only Chris can be heard
Edit: now they're back

For those who follow Skate Canada every year, is skate canada this empty any other year (excluding covid era)?

Here's me wishing we had a GP in UK. Don't think I saw Sheffield this empty (and yes, I am aware that Sheffield was much smaller venue)

it is usually packed. This looks empty but it could be that these seats, were too expensive for nothing so people are crammed in the upper circles ??

Great group to come. Don't remember much of Litvintsev though? I'm so longing for being at a figure skating event in person again. My latest was men's free skate in Göteborg 2008.

It was full in Kelowna (pre-COVID with Hanyu) but sparse in Vancouver (last year?).

Okay, ready to write.

Jason still does Jason things, but he has got to land his 3A to support the Jason things and he has not landed it in a program this season. (of course it is a young season).

He does call these the "bonus years" and I need to remember that if you had told me he would still be skating in competitions in the year 2024, I would not have believed you. Some assistant told him at a recent comp (?) that he was the only male skater from Sochi still skating.

I will always love watching him of course no matter the score. :)
