The Sugar Plum Fairies are getting ready for the holidays, so they sent their less vibrant cousins for the event.

Wow that was amazing - I've not seen this team before this weekend, but I'll definitely be following them from now on.

Lovely costumes, too. Vadym has great posture. Both skaters are amazing - they seem really well matched.

Zingas/Kolesnik were like a breath of fresh air I thought with this dance. The one-foot step sequence was strong and the last lift was impressive.

They had a double lift. Probably didn't remove one box to compensate.

I loved that program. So many things in that program I loved. They didn't get a great level, but I loved the diagonal step. All the lifts. The pacing, the choreography. This should be a winner this season for Zingas/Kolesnik. Just in terms of material, this should put them in the lead for that third spot to worlds in the U.S. (depending on what Green/Parsons are doing). This team just has "it".

Gorgeous skating, Emilea and Vadym .... this is what Dancing is all about -- close connection, beautiful smooth steps, harmony of intent and movement, amazing transitions. Lovely!

Z/K mesmerizing! Loved it, and so different from their RD. Really showed their ability to interpret different music. Especially loved the first part. They need to tighten the tech, but wow!
