At the same time, a lot of people told me that this new version (moderna) is intense.

I am giving a masterclass tomorrow so i better be in shape... If i feel anything, I will follow your advice and tylenol my way through the night.

A rousing clean performance from Hanna to finish the women's SP! Love the 3Lz-3T-twizzle out of it. She was hitting the details in the choreography on the music as well, and as usual, she makes great use of her whole body when skating. She, Lara and Olga Mikutina are my favourites for unique choreography and body movement, so I'm very happy to have two of them here - and Hanna and Lara finishing top two in the SP.

This was such a good short programme all round for the women - a lot of clean skates, plus Lara's new PB! May they all have good skating luck tomorrow!

I will admit, when the Covid vaccine first came out, I had reactions, but as time went on, they stopped. I never had any reactions to the flu vaccine

Now, like you, just some soreness or tightness at the injection site.

I am at dose 7 I think... LOL never felt a thing...other than the usual tightness... I think the first time I had moderna, the tightness was the more intense (as I had two pfizer doses prior) but since then.. nothing..

I also forgot to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room today as I wanted to come home for skating... LOL

Hopefully Lara can get her first GP medal here and it crossed my mind now that she might totally be a European medal contender!

Mai's skating is so beautiful and soothing, the dress is so dreamy and sparkly as well
I'm really hoping that her recovery is going smoothly!

Lara has been steadily getting more and more consistent with her jumps. She has now mastered them all and needs to control her nerves and keep from getting too tired in the latter part of the program. She is becoming Kostner-esque before our eyes.
