Omg. What? Canada cannot lose another spot. I hate these worldsI also love this Elvis program from Alicia and Paul - they have such good speed and flow, I love their costuming, and it's such an authentic and enjoyable program. Unfortunately, they dropped some levels throughout this program, so it'll be interesting to see where they place in regards to Utana and Masaya - this will be crucial to see if Canada automatically gets 3 dance spots or if Japan can sneak into the free here and keep their hopes alive.
Corrected your postbut missed the Mondrian reference, you can't ask that much from a straight man
Canada will almost certainly get 3 spots thanks to Piper/Paul and La/La, but if Fabbri/Ayer don't make the FD, the third spot will be conditional on them placing high enough at the Olympic Qualifying Event - that will be quite likely, however, so don't worry too much. They won't lose a spot, and the same thing might happen in the women/men if Maddie and Roman finish top 10 and qualify a 2nd spot. It's placemarked for Canada, but they'll need to send another skater to confirm it in Beijing.Omg. What? Canada cannot lose another spot. I hate these worlds
and MIlla and NIkolajHoping against hope that UtaMasa and Fabbri/Ayer make the free but it is definitely not going to be easy

Last year's cut-off was mid-66, with about the same number of teams total. This doesn't seem to be a high-scoring event (not a lot of PBs). Nerves? Stingy judges? That's possibly not going to be enoughThere are some inconsistent teams still coming up, but all of them can outscore the score Fabbri/Ayer put up.
