My problem with it is that the story is ripped off "New York New York" by Scorsese and the visuals and musical numbers from Jacques Demy. I understand homaging, but this is too much.I've watched it like 3 times, I actually love it - I bet I'm in the minority as well
The middle part drags a bit and is indeed a little boring, but the unexpected ending redeems it. One of my favorite movie endings actually.
someone enraged UlrichSalchow isn't girls' best friend thus farPezzetta nailed triple lutzes but it was messy overall. I wonder when/whether(?) Anna will regain her pre-puberty consistency on jumps.
Can i tell you a secret?I love Kaori so much
Did she ever have consistency? I remember Anna from the JGP and she was always like this aside from a few, very few cleanish programs. I think she is late bloomer. She reminds me of Katelyn Osmond a bit. It took time for Katelyn to get her power under control. I think Anna just needs a few years to gain the conditioning and control needed for that power.Salchow isn't girls' best friend thus farPezzetta nailed triple lutzes but it was messy overall. she has skated some cleanish programs, not on big competitions though.Did she ever have consistency? Oh interesting, I've heard of other criticisms of the movie (which is valid) but not that it was a rip off. I've never heard of the New York, New York movie actually, I should check it out sometimeMy problem with it is that the story is ripped off "New York New York" by Scorsese and the visuals and musical numbers from Jacques Demy.
