I'm looking at Chock/Bates, Fear/Gibson, etc... and the scores don't look out of S/B's reach. Including Guillaume. I mean, I don't know if they'd be favourites, but they'd have a real chance at podium anyways IMO.

It's a great rivalry, with Adelia potentially just having one quad at most in the future, Alina with just the 4S, hopefully they have more head to head battles next season. It's always better when the skaters have a bit of bad blood between each other.

F/G and G/F (in this shape) are definitely not better than S/B. They were losing to S/B before as well. But C/B were always above internationally.

I understand why Makar Fecundo Ignatov deserved the podium. That free skate was spectacular, especially for his standards.
The first 4 jumping passes were caviar.
Also loved Freddie Mercury.
May the skating gods give Semyon Soloviev consistency. Probably the most artistic skater after Matvei.
