Even I could see that death spiral was weak. Dude Surely they can do a better one? Any way, I liked the program otherwise.

The Georgians looked tired at the end of that FS, and for good reason; they did four programs at the Olympics and then have been doing a lot of media tours with their silver medal in Georgia afterwards. Imo I would've had their PCS a bit lower based on that skate but their current position is fine by me because Lia and Trennt had a few little errors in their program

The Germans will probably win this, but the program is pretty underwhelming and not particularly memorable, to be honest. I love their precision throughout many of the elements, but I just don't feel that this program really shows as much about them. I much prefer the rawness and authenticity of the canadians.

I preferred the Germans more when they were a brand new team compared to now, but they're obviously going to win, and deserved. I still think the Canadians had the skate of the day, though. It was really the only program and performance that really restarting grabbed you well done didn't want to see Podium programs

With every team making at least one mistake that was clearly the best overall. Congrats to H/V for finally getting that gold. I felt so bad for them last year.

I think they are in good shape but mentally maybe tired. Really come worlds a lot are glad to get it over with Its a long season bu in the end Trennt and Lia are going home with a medal and to them it is worth it. They got the National title regardless of issues with Deanna and Max (health) they can be p roud. THe Americans gave a strong showing. THe "second" Japanese team show they are a new force to be reckoned with. Are these stellar pairs team - probably not but good on them.

This pairs event made me very happy!!!! A WC title for MiNiki, who put out a great FS, a medal for Trennt and Lia after two great programs, and a 4th-place finish and a huge PB for YunaSumi as they look to become the next pairs stars in Japan! Plus, after seeing Junior Worlds, there are a lot of incredible teams developing right now as well... compared to 4 years ago at Worlds when pairs was really struggling the discipline is thriving right now!
