Love Kate Bush. Is it going to be with vocals?

Viktoria Helgesson SP: Kate Bush, This woman's work.

Rough translation :)
'For the short I had a hard time deciding. I wanted something with vocals. Not a song I liked just for the moment and then would get tired of in two months. When my choreographer, Catarina (Lindgren), showed me this music I loved it immediately and felt that we could make a really good performance with it.'

Maria Vigalova / Egor Zakroev remain in Juniors.

I know, because I checked as soon as the GP entries were posted. I meant, which of the Junior events? Courcheval starts in two days and no Pairs are listed on the ISU website, and none of the other events have them listed.

Oh god no. I was kidding. Had no idea there was actually a song.
Zueva likes to talk a lot about their blue eyes. ;)
I feared you were kidding but it was worth the try and I kinda hoped you weren't
Dammit, it cause that song I found would be a great ridiculous fit :D

I like their choice of music. I'm not sure about their program though. It's too early maybe, but the first lift is weird.

You're correct.

Thank you for posting the G&P FD. Ok, I'm going to be upfront and say I think their Hitchcock program was the single best FD last year (and one of the best FD programs I've ever seen), and it is still early days, but this is dull, dull, DULL. What a total disappointment.

The second song is "Si Tu Vois Ma Mère" by Sidney Bechet.

I also have to say that this program did not impress me at all. They've had such interesting programs in the past (Hitchcock especially). Hopefully it's just the fan-cam being stupid and not being able to capture the program correctly or maybe they'll grow into it. The season has just started.

I loved Kaetlyn FS choice, but i think the SP won't be really impactive(is this a word??) but we'll see.

Tango is surely perfect for Kaetlyn, while La Vie en Rose could be a chance to explore a different style, more soft and gentle. Not sure wether it'll fit her or not, though...

Any word on how she is doing? There was a thread earlier about how she was re-injured or still dealing with her injury from last season.

I heard that she is training with Frank Carroll for two weeks to polish stuff up, she had a stress fracture in July but she's fine now I believe.

I'm look forward to New Kaetlyn! :)

Great choices for Kaetlyn! She's done some beautiful lyrical exhibition numbers in the past, so I think the SP choice will suit her and allow her to grow a new aspect of her skating. I have no doubt that the tango will suit her, but again, it's something she hasn't really done before. Good for her for branching out. Let's hope she's healthy enough to really do her programns justice this year.
