That sort of announcement is not always mentioned here until an actual program is announced, so no, I don't think it has.
There was an announcement that Lori will choreograph a new exhibition program for Mao. There was nothing mentioned about competition programs though. And your first link is from 2010

There is an article up on IN about Pasquale Carmerlengo. In paragraph 6 of the article it says that Lori is doing Dai's programs this season.

Yes. He is the guy with the pole and harness at the CS training centre, helping skaters with landing quads and 3A.
