A bunch of the big names had falls, including Fusar-Poli/Margaglio, Dubreil/Lauzon, and Drobiazko/Vanagas. D/L's fall was so bad that it forced them to withdraw.

Ok...that is too much. I knew about Fusar-Poli/Margaglio but not about the others. That is a nightmare.

Wow, I felt bad for the Reeds. I feel like they have improved this year...even with the fall I felt like there was no reason for such a low ranking. You could feel the annoyance from Marina and Massimo

I didn't really expected Kim/Minov but I feel sorry for Reeds. I wrote a post after Moscheni/Lukacs that they won't be in the final by one place. So as we can see, they will be. But I'm not really happy about it. I like them, but I wanted Reeds in the FD

N/N really have a nice sharpness to them, which is really good considering I'm sure they spent very little time on this paso. Keeping an eye on them. They already have the beginnings of an individual style.

If I recall in 06 there was a feeling that people could move up. There was a lot of pressure. I was heartbroken by D/L and the Lithuanian couple falling. I wanted them to do well.

With Davis and White and Virtue Moir gone I think there is more pressure on these teams because there is more room to move and more expectations.

I thought the UKR were good. I agree on the Elvis costume comment.

Agreed! I think their FD will be stronger, but bravo considering they were at JW. I am looking forward to this up and coming generation
