IIRC, Courtney was all about the cyan dress her sponser gave her to skate to Elizabeth in, so I guess I have to split the blame between them for the headscratching design choices.

She's looking good this year, I hope the jump mistakes get smoothed out by nationals. She needs her jumps

They did well! Their second and third lifts were much smoother than in Russia, but personally I prefer their CoR skate.

That performance was all over the place. Some really good, some good, some average, some not so good. She has beautiful spring.

The thing about skating to big, dark music is not to let it overwhelm you, and unfortunately Hicks was doubling jumps here.

Coreo Sequenz was cool but thats all nice i can say. Dont like first music part. Pretty empty transition vise. No Interpretation presentation in face. Jump problems

Just watched Courtney. I was thinking I wished she could connect to that beautiful music a little better. Then the singing came in, and presto! it helped her a lot. Not her best skate, but she may be developing as a more complete skater.

Courtney has a 3Sal that lonoks like 4Sal.
Very nice STSQ showcasing her deep powerful edge work. Except two popped jumps, she has improved artistically and technically. Good Job Girl!!
