Up until now, I've always been a big fan of Evgneia's interpretation, so now I'm very disappointed.

I could care less how many combos Evgenia does, but it is different than Nathan's quads because there is a rule that limits the number of combos than can be done in a program. To my knowledge, there is no limit to the number of quads that can be done. Nathan didn't Zayak by adding a fifth quad.

I don't care what anyone says, to me what Carolina just did is what skating is all about. Lovely line, extension, edges, and feeling. She may never be the highest technical scorer but when I think of really beautiful skaters, she's right at the top of the list.

I don't agree, if you can do it you should be alloed to do it. Or should Nathan Chen drop the fith quad because Hanyu and Fernandez cannot do it? It's the way to push the sport

It's not the same. Nathan is learning harder jumps, and increasing his technical arsenal that way. He's also competing that fifth quad in accordance to the rule book. If Evgenia really wants to improve, maybe she should work on new jumps, or fixing her lutz, instead of doing illegal combos just because she can...

I won't waste time to bother about things and system I have no control over whatsoever, but for me a very distinctive difference was showed to see Kostner after Medvedeva...
