I got really confused when the tech score of the Leader was 79.36 and then remembered it's the Leader of the FS, not the highest Tech score. Whoops.

Not sure if everything was rotated...not bad, but definitely could have done without a few of the falls.

He is attempting the hardest program of the night, though. (Nathan only is going 1 3A, AFAIK)

I actually like him, but i just can't care for his skating at all when he makes mistakes like that.

You know, actually liking a skater means supporting them through good times and bad. Not just hopping on the bandwagon when they do well.

Altough he has made mistakes he still has the technical score as high as 100 points! In the recent months I've started to feel that men's figure skating has gone CRAZY!!! And this is just a start of the top group.

Boyand did improve a LOT presentation-wise since last season. His music choices are also suit him very much.

I think he's improved a lot since last year. I don't like this music at the best of times, but I thought there was much more program here than last year. He's a work in progress and he knows it and is doing what he can to improve himself.

Such ugly skating from Jin, plus he simply does not know how to express the music -- he skates over it. Loads of tech for sloppy jumping, and he has a lack of skating skills. Han Yan has better skating skills.

I enjoy his SPs more than his frees. Same last year.

Honestly it feels a little underhanded, to put that out right in the middle of competition and try to rattle people...

People are suggesting and speculating, imputing motives to him out of their own heads.. We absolutely don't know that Nathan's motivation is to "rattle" anyone, or anything else. To me, he seems motivated to push the boundaries because he wants to push the boundaries, and see what's possible for him.
